Frequently Asked Questions

We offer individual therapy for adults, including telehealth. We also offer a specialised service where a therapist joins the client for anxiety provoking tasks they may not been able to do on their own- time and place dependent. 

Finally we providing cognitive assessment for adults and children. 

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, but may be adjusted based on your needs and circumstances.

Sessions cost $100 unless the therapist is doing cognitive testing or a home visit. 

Adult ADHD testing costs $450 and $800 for children. 

At this time we do not provide therapy for children- only cognitive testing.

In fact, we believe all therapy should be tailored to the individual and should take into account the experiences and differences that makes everyone unique
