We offer individual therapy for adults, including telehealth. We also offer a specialised service where a therapist joins the client for anxiety provoking tasks they may not been able to do on their own- time and place dependent.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, but may be adjusted based on your needs and circumstances.
Sessions cost $120 unless the therapist is doing cognitive testing or a home visit.
Adult ADHD testing costs $500 and $800 for children.
At this time we do not provide therapy for children- only cognitive testing.
